Finally, inventory that makes sense!

My biggest concern before signing up for the 14-day free trial with Finale Inventory was whether it could truly handle our multiple warehouse locations, especially since we're expanding our sales to Walmart Marketplace. I was pleasantly surprised to find that setting up our various storage areas was intuitive. We also needed robust Wholesale Inventory Management, and the system easily accommodated tracking stock across different sites for those orders. It's saved us about 20% in time spent on stock reconciliation each week.

Solid System, Some Learning Curve

We got Finale Inventory primarily for Order Management System and Kitting and Bundling. The system is robust and definitely helped streamline our processes. Delivery of the service itself was immediate, obviously, but getting everything configured took a bit of time on our end; the UI for the Bill of Materials feature could be a little more intuitive. Customer service was responsive when we had questions, which was a plus. The value is there, especially with the annual billing discount we opted for. I think it's a strong contender for high-volume stores, but be prepared to dedicate some time to learning all its functions. Not perfect, but very good for the price.

Worth the investment, good trial

I was looking for something to manage inventory for my small but growing online store. The 14-day free trial for Finale Inventory was super helpful. I tested out the Demand Forecasting and Reorder Point Automation. It seemed expensive at first, but with the annual billing discount, it felt like a much better deal. It's definitely an investment, but the time saved and the accuracy gained makes it worth it for me. I felt like I got good value for the money spent.

Good for Shopify and Amazon

Signed up for Finale Inventory. Needed Shopify Inventory Sync and Amazon Inventory Management. It handles both fine. No major issues. The 14-day free trial helped confirm it was a good fit. Would recommend for ecommerce sellers.

Smooth Setup, Great Integrations

I recently switched our inventory management to Finale Inventory and overall, I'm quite impressed. The initial setup for the Multichannel Inventory Management was straightforward, and their support team was helpful with some of the trickier parts of integrating with our existing Shopify and Amazon channels. Delivery, in terms of getting the software fully operational, took about 10 days of active work on our end. The Barcode Scanning Software works well with our existing hardware, which was a relief. We used the 14-day free trial to really test it out, and it handled our typical order volume without a hitch. Quality of the reports generated for Stock Auditing Tools is solid. My only minor gripe was the initial learning curve for some of the more advanced features, but once we got past that, it's been a significant upgrade for our warehouse operations.

Reliable System for Years

We've been using Finale Inventory for our inventory needs for about three years now. This last renewal for our annual plan, which included the Multi-location Inventory Sync, went as smoothly as always. It's consistently reliable. I remember when we first started, there was a small hiccup with a QuickBooks Inventory Integration, but their team sorted it out quickly. Since then, it's been pretty much set and forget. It just works. That consistency is why we keep coming back instead of looking at other options. The system handles our volume with no issues, just like previous years.
